Consignor Ticket – now that you’ve successfully prepped and tagged your items your participation is confirmed when you purchase your Consignor Ticket. The link to PAY this found in your confirmation email that was sent, after you registered. This needs to be paid before registration closes on the last Friday before the event at 5pm or a $5 late fee will be applied.
ITEM DROP OFF
ALL Consignors drop off their prepped items on the first TWO days of the event (Monday & Tuesday) see website for exact dates.
Mid-Sale drop off is Friday of the event — We will accept everything except clothes. Clothing is only accepted on Monday and Tuesday. See website for exact date.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Drive to the back of the Event Center at the Douglas County Fairgrounds directly to the garage doors.
- Unload your items before parking your car.
- Reenter the building, placing your items in their designated spot on the sales floor.
It’s just that easy! Everything has a place on the sales floors. Volunteers will be stationed to direct you and help you find where things belong.
INSPECTION: After Drop Off we will inspect ALL the clothing and floor items.
If we pull 3 or more items from the sales floor because they do NOT meet JBF standards then you’ll be asked to visit our education station at the next event. If we pull 10 or more items then a fee will be assessed.
UNSOLD ITEM PICK UP
Monday after the event. See website for exact date.
When the sale’s over, you’ll collect your unsold items. If you donated any or all of your items there is no need to come to pick-up. All donated items will be pulled during sorting and our charity partner will pick them up for you.
IMPORTANT – There are no exceptions for picking up items late. We don’t take or make phone calls at this stage. Anything not picked up gets donated to our charity partner at 11:01am and can be deducted from your taxes.
Every Consignor is invited to shop our Consignor Presale – Wednesday, 2-9pm. The invitations get emailed to Consignors the Sunday before Drop Off — via Eventbrite.
If you are a Volunteer you will shop the morning of pre-sale in different waves – essentially the more you volunteer the earlier you get to shop.
Volunteers get to BRING ONE GUEST with them to shop the pre-sale – who doesn’t love to shop with their BFF! Volunteer pre-sale invitations are emailed on the Monday of Drop off.
This is really important, so please read — This is YOUR sale, and again I can’t emphasize this enough – the more you TELL, the more you SELL!
I need to have you pass out and invite at least 10 moms to the sale. Two weeks before the sale I will mail you FREE ADMISSIONS passes to hand out. I am expecting your help with this, so thank you in advance.
